Who is Michelle Black?

I'll give you one Clue, it wasn't Mrs. Black in the Library with the candlestick.

Jokes aside, I am a UX designer working remotely from a small town outside of Ottawa. I am currently working for Tempo, leading the design team for both Roadmunk and LiquidPlanner. It's exciting working for a global company and working on projects that touch a variety of different users. As a designer with a background in development I lead projects from prototype to production.

Outside of work I like to create tangible things. I enjoy painting, drawing, knitting and making jewelry. When the weather is nice I spend my time outdoors running, biking and camping. My husband and I are currently working towards living a more sustainable lifestly by growing all of our own food. This past year we had chickens, ducks and a pig!
